Queanbeyan Anxiety Support Group

WayAhead’s Queanbeyan Anxiety Support Group is run by Simone at the Karabar Community Centre on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 2pm to 4pm.

Our groups are usually comprised of a small number of people who come together to share personal experiences and information in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.

All WayAhead support groups are free of charge and there is no need to book attendance.

When? 3rd Saturday of the month from 2pm to 4pm – See all upcoming meetings
Where? Karabar Community Centre, 183 Cooma Street, Karabar

Prospective attendees are advised to check this page in the days before the group is scheduled to take place to make sure there haven’t been any changes or cancellations. Any such deviations from the information above will be announced in orange at the top of the page.

Please note that this group is not suitable for people with PTSD or Schizophrenia.
