About the Support Groups
Our monthly support groups are for people with anxiety disorders such as generalised anxiety disorder, social phobia, panic attacks / disorder, agoraphobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and/or specific phobias. Family and friends of people with an anxiety disorder are also welcome to attend.
When are they held?
Support Group Leaders
Each support Group is led by two facilitators who have experience in Psychology or have a personal experience with Anxiety. Find out about becoming a Facilitator here
How long are Support Group Meetings
Support Group meetings are held at convenient locations and run for a couple of hours.
Like Minded People
The Support Groups are a way for people to connect with others in a supportive environment.
