Centre for Clinical Interventions
The CCI site has online workbooks for various different types of anxiety as well as depression. The workbooks consist of a number of modules that you can complete online or print off so that you are able to work through them by hand. The service provides current evidence-supported practice. CCI provides free treatments for adults suffering from anxiety, affective and eating disorders; conducts research and provides training and supervision for mental health professionals in psychotherapy.
