WayAhead’s Newcastle (Uni) Anxiety Support Groups are run in three locations on the campuses of Newcastle University during term time. They do not run during the holidays.
Please note, these groups are for members of the Newcastle University community only. This includes students, staff, friends and families.
There is also the Jesmond Anxiety Support Group which is open to the general public.
Our groups are usually comprised of a small number of people who come together to share personal experiences and information in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
All WayAhead support groups are free of charge and there is no need to book attendance.
